Formulate Detergents from Raw Ingredients
These unique industry-proven formulations are "ready to go" - All you need to do is follow my instructions in the Modules and choose the dyes and fragrances you like.
Every formulation includes the exact quantity of ingredients, and the exact manufacturing procedure to produce a perfect product - all in plain English - no complicated chemistry.
NO grated soap
NO soap flakes
NO castile soap
NO pre-mixed bases or blends
These formulations use only raw ingredients - just like the major manufacturers.
Ingredient suppliers often manufacture pre-mixed bases and blends, sold under various trade names, as a way of selling their products - and forcing you to become dependent on those products.
These are usually considerably more expensive than buying the actual raw ingredients. This reduces your profit margins and creates supplier reliance. That's not healthy for your business!
My detergent formulas use only chemical name ingredients (not pre-mixed blends) - you will be formulating your own products, not just "adding water".
And by using my formulations, you will be truly independent, you can choose from any supplier. You will be building an autonomous business.
Follow my instructions in the Modules, and you will be able to experiment and expand your formulating skills, as you so desire.
The chemistry of making a detergent or cleaning product (as described in the Modules) will enable you to get started with professionally constructed formulations - like you are the chemist.
You weigh and measure your ingredients, mix them together in the order given, heat and cool as may be required.
Then, once you've mastered the essentials, you can move forward and create your own formulations.
My training modules include all the tips, tricks and techniques I have developed, refined, tested and perfected over 25+ years in the industry.
You don't need a food science degree to make food - and you don't need a chemistry degree to make detergents and cleaning products. If you can follow my basic instructions, as provided in the Modules, you will soon be making high performing, high demand, commercially proven, high profit consumable goods.
It's easy and inexpensive to set-up and get started. The Modules include comprehensive instructions for everything from setting up your own chemistry lab, to manufacturing, branding and marketing your products (see FAQ for more).
I have designed these formulations to be highly effective, yet easy to manufacture - on a small scale or large scale. You will require only basic equipment for mixing, and you can upgrade as your business expands.
You'll notice that in some cases I provide more than one formulation for a product - this will enable you to learn to use different ingredients, different manufacturing procedures, cater to a wider range of markets.
There are formulas for all industries - household, retail, wholesale, commercial, industrial, institutional - so everyone can be your customer!

Formulate No-Lye Liquid Soaps / Hand Cleansers
Technically speaking, a true soap (by chemical definition) contains lye (sodium hydroxide/caustic soda).
That's how solid soaps are made - and also castile soap - but it's not how the major manufacturers make the liquid hand wash/hand cleaner most of us now use on a daily basis - and commonly refer to as "liquid soap".
Making liquid soap using traditional lye-based soap-making methods is time consuming, tricky and much less profitable.
Retail liquid "soaps" are made using modern surfactants, emulsifiers and other ingredients. They're quick and easy to formulate, give excellent results and they're extremely profitable products.
These liquid handwash "soaps" also have the advantage that ingredients can be added that would not be possible in bar soap. As such, these products offer plenty of flexibility in formulation.
Here, I provide 10 most successful tried-and-tested formulations for producing truly effective products. You can customise them with your own dyes, perfumes, essential oils - it's only limited by your imagination!
